Returns/Exchange

We believe our products to be of the highest quality and we're certain you'll get a long time out of them, however should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to oblige.

As part of our 14 Day Guarantee you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date that you received it. Before returning an item please contact us to make us aware of your issue, and you must have proof of purchase, ie the receipt.

Eligibility for returning/exchange your products, the item must be unused and in the same new condition in which it was received, with the labels still on the garment.

You are required to email us at jan@themunro.co.uk and make us aware of your request for either an exchange or refund.

Refunds

When we receive your item, we will process it through our quality control. As long as the item is still in new condition you will be notified of your refund. We will approve a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your payment providers policy, the refund should reach you with 2-4 business days.

Shipping

You (the customer) will be liable for paying shipping costs associated with returning an item.
